INSIVO S.A.S. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Insivo platform (the "Platform") and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including when you use integrations such as Google Login and Google Calendar API.

Information We Collect

• From Google Login (OAuth 2.0): When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used only to create and authenticate your account.
• From Google Calendar API: When you connect your calendar, we may access event metadata (title, start/end time, availability) strictly for appointment scheduling and availability synchronization.
• Personal Information: Contact details you provide directly (phone, address).
• Sensitive Information: Medical or aesthetic procedure details you voluntarily share.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device, and usage logs.
• Financial Data: Payment and billing details processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to authenticate accounts, schedule appointments, synchronize calendars, process payments, facilitate video consultations, improve services, and ensure security. We do not use your Google data for advertising.

Information Sharing

We only share your data with service providers (Google, Stripe, cloud hosting), regulators if required by law, and third parties only with your consent. We never sell your data.

Google API Services Disclosure

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements. Google Login data is used only to authenticate your account. Google Calendar data is used only to display and manage your availability. You can revoke access anytime via Google Account Permissions.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, AES-256 storage encryption, and restricted access controls.

Data Retention

Google Calendar data is retrieved in real time and not stored permanently. Google Login profile data is retained only as long as your account exists. Billing and medical records are retained as required by law.

User Rights

You may access, update, or delete your information at any time. You may revoke Google permissions at Google Account Permissions or request account deletion by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we collected information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will notify users via email or platform notice. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new policy.
